Sally Cush BA(Hons). MIACP.

Cork City Counselling Service

I have an Honours degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

We all struggle from time to time with any number of difficulties and sometimes its not so easy to know what to do or what will help.

It is my experience that most people come to therapy because they perceive themselves or their lives to be lacking something.

They may want to make changes but don’t know how. Or they may be struggling with a major life crisis and feel utterly alone

I offer a warm, calm place to take time out,  explore, understand and allow life’s changes to unfold safely.
